About the event
Come and enjoy The Sunday Reset. A morning designed to pause, recharge and reset. Start with a 45 minutes Mat Pilates class with Em, followed by a hot drink & sweet treat. The second half is hosted by Hayley for a 45 minute guided relaxation session to really unwind & relax. The venue is set in a beautiful yurt overlooking the Wiltshire countryside. A little time just for you.
Everyone will be gifted a small goody bag — including your own relaxation audio to enjoy long after the morning ends.
