Looking for a way to stay active during the summer holidays without the stress of arranging childcare? This class is designed especially for parents who want to move, stretch, and build strength while bringing their children along.
Skip the childcare hassle—bring your little ones, along with their favourite colouring book, toys, or quiet activities, and enjoy a 40-minute workout.
Please note that children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the class, as childcare will not be provided. Feel free to bring anything that will help keep them happily occupied while you exercise.
As this is a parent-and-child-friendly session, please come with the understanding that children will be present. The focus is on creating a relaxed, welcoming environment where parents can reconnect with their bodies, improve their strength and mobility, and enjoy exercising together as a community.
